1. Scope & Definitions

This Notice applies to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA and to residents of other states with substantially similar privacy laws—including, but not limited to, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia.

Term Meaning (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140 & state analogs)
Sell Exchanging personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Share Disclosing personal information to a third party for cross‑context behavioral advertising (ads based on your activity across different websites/apps).
Sensitive personal information Data such as precise geolocation, account‑login credentials, financial information, or government IDs.

2. How and Why We Disclose Limited Information
We share personal information only with a small group of contracted service providers (“processors”) that perform essential tasks for us—such as website hosting, security monitoring, call‑routing, and analytics. These processors receive only the minimum data needed (for example, an IP address or a one‑way‑hashed email) and may use it solely to provide those services to us. They are contractually barred from using the data for their own marketing, combining it with other datasets, or disclosing it to additional parties.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your information to any third party so they can market Medicare plans—or anything else—to you, and we never exchange your information for money or other valuable consideration. If state privacy laws classify our limited processor disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing,” you may opt out at any time (see the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the site footer).

We also do not knowingly disclose personal information about anyone under 16 years of age without first obtaining verifiable, affirmative opt‑in consent.
